Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly skilled and motivated individual with 0-4 years of experience to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service professional in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and maintain high levels of quality and presentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
