Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttar Pradesh, India, for a Food and Beverage Manager at The Pristine Hotel. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing food service and beverage offerings, supervising and training staff, effectively controlling budgets, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Food and Beverage Manager will be expected to coordinate across departments for seamless operations.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management to ensure a high standard of offerings and smooth operations.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to create positive and memorable guest experiences.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring a diverse team to maintain professional and efficient service.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and managing costs while maximizing profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to oversee department functions and ensure alignment with hotel goals.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage services.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, especially in food and beverage management, is advantageous.
  • Should have thorough knowledge on IDS & Excise website
  • Should be in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
