Food and Beverage Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thanjavur for a Food and Beverage Manager at Sangam Hotels. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining quality standards. This role involves managing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional tasks include budgeting, inventory management, and coordinating with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service. The manager will also be involved in planning and executing special events.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Training and staff development
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in food safety and hospitality management
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred
