Key Responsibilities : Manage daily food and beverage operations Supervise restaurant staff and ensure proper service standards Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination Control costs and reduce wastage Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently Prepare duty rosters, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations Eligibility Criteria : Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations Age: 25 to 45 years Gender: Male candidates only Skills & Competencies : Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of restaurant and F&B operations Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Customer-oriented mindset Preferred Candidate : Experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants Immediate joiners preferred Willing to work flexible shifts Hurry up and apply for it.
