Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will handle daily operations, including overseeing food service and beverage management, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Additional responsibilities include staff training, managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
Strong Customer Service skills to create positive dining experiences
Experience in Training staff to enhance their performance and uphold service standards
Knowledge of Budgeting and cost management to optimize resources effectively
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
