The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the resort and restaurant Oversee front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and restaurant services Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest feedback/complaints professionally Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance Maintain quality standards, hygiene, and safety regulations Monitor inventory, vendor management, and cost control Prepare reports related to operations, sales, and staff performance Coordinate with management to improve services and profitability Eligibility Criteria Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline) Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in resort / hotel / restaurant management Age: 30 Years to 55 years Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of hotel/resort operations and F&B management Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities Customer-focused approach Preferred Candidate Immediate joiners Experience in managing both resort and restaurant operations Willing to stay on-site (accommodation provided) For more details please contact asap.
