Role Description Anand Vardhan Resort is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as “F&B Manager” . We are seeking a skilled and experienced “F&B Manager” to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years’ experience out of which at least 4-6 years as Supervisor/Team leader within 4/5-star properties . Candidates with a Diploma in Hotel Management (IHM) for at least 1 or 1/2 years, specializing in Food & Beverage or related areas, will be preferred. A background from Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand is desirable . Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate all F&B operations and ensure excellent guest experiences . · Train and develop F&B service staff to maintain high standards of service. · Oversee the ordering and stocking of F&B supplies and equipment. · Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. · Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding F&B services promptly and professionally. · Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless F&B service delivery . · Monitor and control F&B costs and expenses . Requirements: · Proven work experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a 4/5-star property . · Diploma in Hotel Management , specializing in Food & Beverage or related area. · Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service standards. · Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. · Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve conflicts. · Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as per business needs. · Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand background preferred.
