Food and Beverage Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and menu questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Set up and restock service stations, ensuring availability of supplies.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations.
• Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support events, banquets, or functions as needed.
• Follow venue protocols and contribute to a positive team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying food trays or supplies (up to 25 lbs or 11 kg).
• Manual dexterity to handle equipment and perform tasks quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not always required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
