Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Handle confidential documents and maintain filing systems. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive when required. Track and manage action items and follow-ups. Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders when necessary. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor management. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain office records and filing systems (physical and digital). Assist with basic HR and accounting support such as attendance tracking, expense reports, or documentation. Greet and assist visitors and clients as needed. Ensure office cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
