MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, or other tools as required.
• Maintain and update internal databases and trackers accurately and regularly.
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.
• Assist in automating regular reports and data dashboards using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in reporting.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requirements and management queries.
• Document processes and maintain SOPs for reporting functions.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data query languages (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong Excel skills can apply)
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
