Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an MIS Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing, updating, and analyzing business data to support internal reporting and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments.  Prepare reports using Excel and other tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of data entries in systems/databases.
• Assist in generating dashboards and other performance-related reports.
• Support teams with ad-hoc data requests or reports.
• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and validation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, charts, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
