Job Description

Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food & beverages promptly. Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas. Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest requests throughout the service. Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize guest experience. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are maintained at all times. Assist in banquets, events, or room service when required. Handle guest complaints politely and escalate to supervisors if needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma / degree or diploma in hospitality management preferred. 1–2 years of experience in F&B service / restaurant / hotel operations Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic F&B service standards and etiquettes. Guest-oriented attitude with teamwork and adaptability. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
