Job Overview: As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our center. Your role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling billing transactions, and providing information about our offerings. This position is key to ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for all visitors and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:· . Greet guests with enthusiasm and guide them through entry and registration processes. · Manage POS operations including cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately. · Handle walk-in and online bookings, party/event schedules, and check-ins. · Assist with customer queries and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed. · Promote packages, birthday parties, food combos, and merchandise for upselling. · Maintain cleanliness and branding standards at the front desk and reception zone. · Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and guest management. · Ensure adherence to safety protocols and front-desk operational SOPs. Qualifications & Skills:· Graduate degree preferred (any discipline). 1–3 years of front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience. Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and customer handling. Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills. Presentable, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
