Position: F&B Guest Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage

Reporting To: F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Role Overview:

The F&B Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across all food & beverage outlets. The role involves ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and creating a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:Guest Service

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient service of food and beverages.
  • Address guest queries, concerns, or special requests professionally.
  • Maintain high service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware.
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food & beverages in accordance with service standards.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently after each service round.
  • Support buffet setup and replenishment when required.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Follow all hygiene and sanitation guidelines as per hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area, restaurant, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and HACCP practices.

Teamwork & Coordination

  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other service associates for smooth operations.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and daily outlet checklists.
  • Participate in team briefings and training programs.

Cashiering (If Applicable)

  • Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS entries accurately.
  • Ensure correct billing and maintain cash handling protocols.

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10+2 or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management
  • 0–2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers can apply)
  • Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality setups preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,339.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
