Key Responsibilities: Oversee and guide Field Sales Executives and Sales Supervisors across assigned cities Map and onboard quality distributors across Punjab and NCR regions Ensure sales target planning, beat planning, and daily team execution monitoring Drive placement, order flow, and retail engagement for Ayamveda SKUs Conduct regular field audits, market reviews, and competitive tracking Act as bridge between field operations and central team for reporting & escalation Train and support team on product knowledge, pitch, and retailer management Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 to 6 years in FMCG, Ayurveda, or OTC Pharma sales with regional exposure Experience managing frontline field teams and distributor networks Analytical, self-driven, and strong communication skills Good grip over Punjab, Chandigarh, retail markets Digital reporting and team tracking via Excel/Google Sheets Two-wheeler with willingness to travel across towns/cities
