Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Flavour & Fragrance Ingredients

Department:

Role Overview:

Sales Manager

B2B sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned product lines and territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including fragrance & flavour houses, FMCG manufacturers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, R&D, quality) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the F&F ingredients space.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports,and market intelligence updates.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree
(preferred).
Minimum of 5 years
of work experience in the industry
Strong existing network with
fragrance & flavour houses, FMCG, or ingredient suppliers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
