Role & responsibilities Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager Domestic Sales (Aroma Chemicals) Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Pune / Mumbai Reporting To: Head Sales & Marketing / Managing Director CTC: As per experience and industry standards Experience Required: Minimum 3–8 years in sales of aroma chemicals only Job Purpose: To drive domestic sales of aroma chemicals by developing and managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting the brand and values of Harmony Organics. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indian market for aroma chemicals. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Handle sales inquiries, provide product details, and convert leads into orders. Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with key domestic clients in the fragrance, flavors, and FMCG industries. Conduct regular client visits and technical discussions to understand customer needs. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Recommend pricing, marketing strategies, and product positioning. Order Management & Coordination: Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution and timely delivery. Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain CRM database with customer interactions, sales pipeline, and visit reports. Submit monthly and quarterly sales reports to management. Mandatory experience in domestic sales of aroma chemicals (B2B preferred) 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience Key Skills: Strong knowledge of aroma chemicals and their industrial applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to travel extensively across India Result-oriented with a proactive sales approach Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
