Job Description

As a Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach to multiple locations. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding chemists, generating orders, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: - Market Outreach: Identify and onboard chemists in the assigned territory. - Sales & Order Generation: Promote Kaipsools seamless ordering and delivery service, ensuring chemists place regular orders. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists to ensure repeat business. - Coordination & Delivery Follow-up: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of medicines. - Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: - Experience in pharmaceutical sales, FMCG sales, or B2B sales is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to travel within the assigned locations. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Prior experience in working with chemists or medical shops is a plus.
