Job Description

Opening For HORECA Executive (Male/Female) for Kolkata. Location: Kolkata (with field visits across the city and nearby areas) Industry: Packaged Drinking Water / FMCG Experience: 2–5 years in B2B, HORECA, or Institutional Sales Salary: (Negotiable) + Incentives + Travel Allowance Gender: Male & Female (Female candidates preferred)  Job Summary: We are seeking a smart, confident, and result-oriented professional to drive and expand our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) and Institutional Sales segment for trsna, a growing packaged drinking water brand by Inditherma Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across Kolkata.  Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development · Identify and onboard new HORECA clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering units, gyms, and cafes. · Develop partnerships with corporate offices, hospitals, educational institutions, banquet halls, and event organizers for bulk supply. · Generate leads through cold calls, references, and field networking. · Pitch customized offerings, conduct follow-ups, and close sales effectively. Client Management · Understand client requirements on volume, pricing, and frequency of delivery. · Maintain long-term client relationships through prompt service and support. · Address service or delivery-related issues quickly and professionally. Sales Planning & Reporting · Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. · Maintain detailed records of client visits, leads, closures, and payments. · Submit regular sales updates and reports to management. Coordination & Execution · Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment. · Develop and execute promotional deals or combo offers for clients. · Gather feedback to improve product and service quality.  Key Skills Required: · Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion skills · Strong Communication & Presentation abilities · Proactive, confident, and well-groomed personality · Strong field sales experience preferred · Relationship management & problem-solving skills · Familiarity with the HORECA ecosystem · Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)  Eligibility: · Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred) · 2–5 years of experience in HORECA / Beverages / FMCG / Institutional Sales · Comfortable with extensive field visits and client interactions across Kolkata · Female candidates strongly encouraged to apply Require male candidates only for the following location Job Location • Bankura • Durgapur /Asansol • East Midnapur • North 24 Paraganas /Nadia
