Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences. Develop strong targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments. Coordinate with Design and Content teams to refresh creatives based on results. Analysis, Reporting & Optimization (20%) Monitor and analyze KPIs like CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, LTV, and ROAS.
