Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the solar energy sector by reaching out to potential clients, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves proactive sales activities, lead generation, client meetings, and regular CRM updates to ensure a seamless sales process and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Marketing: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business leads.
  • Deal with Private Projects: Handle sales inquiries for private and commercial solar projects.Coordinate with internal teams to design and propose customized solar solutions.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations as per customer requirements.Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up for closure.
  • CRM Management: Update CRM daily with leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and deal status. Track progress and maintain accurate records for management review.
  • Customer Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing customers to understand requirements and present solutions.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. . 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical products).

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Optional).

· Strong understanding of solar power systems and market trends (preferred).

· Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Number of leads generated and converted.

· Sales targets achieved.

· CRM update accuracy and maintain TAT.

· Customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
