Job Description

An FMCG Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to sell fast-moving consumer goods. Key duties include achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, building client relationships, and ensuring product availability and proper display. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and often a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.  Key responsibilities Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the assigned territory. Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Develop sales strategies: Plan and execute sales activities, including generating leads and developing sales materials. Implement promotions: Execute promotional activities and trade marketing strategies in retail outlets. Ensure product availability: Monitor stock levels and ensure products are consistently available and well-displayed on shelves. Conduct market analysis: Perform market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and monitor competitor activities. Reporting and forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Product demonstrations: Present and demonstrate products to clients.
