Key Responsibilities

App Development

• Design, develop, and deploy

  cross-platform mobile applications

  for

  iOS and Android

  using

  Flutter

  Dart

  .
• Build

  responsive UIs

  and ensure pixel-perfect implementation across devices and platforms.
• Integrate apps with

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL

Optimization & Testing

• Write

Required Skills

For Freshers (0–2 Years)

• Basic knowledge of

  Flutter and Dart

• Understanding of

  mobile app lifecycle

  for Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with

  state management

  techniques like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Problem-solving mindset and

  willingness to learn

For Experienced Professionals (2–7 Years)

• Proven experience in building

  production-level Flutter apps

• Strong expertise in

  state management (Bloc, Riverpod, MobX, Provider)

• Experience with

  Firebase, push notifications, deep linking, and analytics tools

• Knowledge of

  native Android (Kotlin/Java)

Compensation

• Freshers:

  ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA

• Mid-level:

  ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA

• Senior-level:

  ₹12 LPA – ₹20+ LPA (based on expertise and portfolio strength)
