Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Flutter Developer

with a strong background in mobile application development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

4+ years of hands-on experience

in building and deploying

high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications

using Flutter. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences on both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement user-friendly features
Maintain and improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of existing applications
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Develop secure applications using industry-standard authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., JWT, OAuth2)
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries (e.g., Firebase, Google analytics etc.)
Use tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jira for version control and project tracking
Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers, QA engineers, and product owners
Ensure application security and data protection
Optimize applications for performance, usability, and battery efficiency
Troubleshoot and debug issues across platforms and devices
Stay up to date with new technologies, trends, and best practices in Flutter and mobile development

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 2–3 years in Flutter/Dart.
Strong knowledge of Flutter’s widgets, state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party services.
Strong experience working on various payment gateway integrations & troubleshooting issues related to payment failures
Experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Understanding of modern mobile architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, testing frameworks, and DevOps for mobile.
Knowledge of platform-specific (iOS/Android) development nuances.
Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Good To Have

Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Contributions to open-source projects or Flutter community.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated UI tests.
