Flutter Developer

About The Opportunity

• Design, develop and ship production-grade Flutter applications for Android and iOS with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness and accessibility.
• Implement robust state-management patterns (Bloc/Provider/Riverpod), modular architecture and reusable widget libraries to accelerate delivery.
• Integrate mobile apps with back-end services (REST/GraphQL), third-party SDKs and native platform APIs; own end-to-end feature delivery from design to release.
• Write comprehensive unit, widget and integration tests; maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests and deployments.
• Profile and optimize app performance (rendering, memory, startup time) and troubleshoot platform-specific issues across Android and iOS.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and QA to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation, smooth UX flows and timely releases.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile development with Flutter and Dart, with at least 1–2 apps published to Play Store or App Store.
• Strong understanding of cross-platform app architecture, state management (Bloc/Provider/Riverpod) and widget composition.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs/GraphQL, handling offline sync, local persistence and background tasks.
• Practical knowledge of native interoperability (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C) and platform-specific debugging.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, Jenkins) and automated testing strategies.
  

Preferred

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics) and analytics instrumentation.
• Past exposure to performance profiling tools, memory leak detection and Flutter engine optimizations.
• Knowledge of app security best practices, mobile analytics and A/B testing in production.
