Job Description

Welcome visitors at the Experience Centre and coordinate their tours with Ushers.
Guide and educate visitors about the Centres concepts and Toyota products.
Answer visitor queries accurately and provide detailed information about product features.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Supervise and coordinate Human Resources personnel assigned for the
operation and maintenance of the Experience Centre.
Handle visitor and support staff interactions and respond to queries
efficiently.
Assist the Centre Manager with daily administration and coordination
tasks.
Ensure smooth operations and excellent visitor experience at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in public interaction roles (Front
Desk/Guest Relations in 4/5 Star Hotels preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English, and Kannada
.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage and coordinate staff effectively.
Professional, courteous, and presentable appearance.
