We are looking for Executive, Community in India. In this role, you are responsible for: Greeting members and guests warmly and professionally to create a positive experience, while promptly responding to queries about our products, services, and policies Facilitating seamless move-in and move-out experiences for members, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding Assisting with day-to-day centre operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing facilities, and ensuring shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms are well-kept and functional Performing administrative and front desk duties such as answering emails, handling courier services, preparing meeting rooms, invoicing, and processing payments accurately and efficiently Organising and supporting community events and initiatives that promote a vibrant and engaging work environment for members Pre-requisites for this role include: 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or serviced offices. Strong communication skills in English and the local language. Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building connections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities. A proactive, team-oriented individual who can also work independently.
