Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards for food and grocery items, including proper storage and handling. Review sales and financial reports to monitor store performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Preferred candidate profile A Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a food or grocery store setting. Proven track record of managing inventory, driving sales, and leading teams.
