Position Requirements

Work Experience/Education

Work experience as a Duty Manager or Operations Manager or similar management role
Previous experience in the industry preferred
Degree in Management or Hospital Management

Key Result Areas:

Overseeing of daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees.
Patient satisfaction and resolve all issues relating to them
Maintain constant communication with management and staff to ensure proper operations of the organisation
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
Ensure operational activities remain on time and
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
Grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation's internal capacity
