We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Chemical Cleaning Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for chemical cleaning and decontamination projects across various industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial facilities. This role involves reviewing project specifications, identifying material and manpower requirements, and working closely with operations, and sales teams to ensure timely and precise proposals. Duties and Responsibilities Review project scopes, technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop cost estimates for chemical cleaning services. Conduct site visits and interact with clients to gather essential job details when required. Develop comprehensive and accurate cost proposals and bid packages. Calculate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs for various services (e.g., chemical cleaning, decontamination, oil flushing, steam blowing, nitrogen purging etc.). Prepare and submit Technical and Commercial Proposals in line with RFQ requirements, Company policies and customer expectations. Collaborate with department managers and BDM/sales personnel to validate estimate assumptions and methodology. Track historical data to improve estimating accuracy and update cost databases. Evaluate risks and propose contingency plans in estimates. Ensure estimates comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Assist in transitioning awarded projects to execution teams with clear scope handover and documentation.
