Role & responsibilities

Material Planning & Coordination

  • Create and manage store requisitions and purchase requisitions for required materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, and execution teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Track material movement and generate reports on material status and shortages.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions.
  • Support procurement planning for shutdown and turnaround projects.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings with procurement and stores teams.
  • Ensure compliance with client and company material management procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in shutdown and turnaround projects within the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.

  • Proficiency in SAP PM & MM and associated T-codes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),. Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Experience working on the contractor side is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
