Roles and Responsibilities Manage store operations, including floor management, inventory control, stock management, shrinkage control, loss prevention, target achievement, and team handling. Oversee store supervision and ensure effective implementation of company policies and procedures. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue growth. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills.
