Job Description

Acko is looking for Fleet Supervisor (Mumbai) to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely delivery of packages.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Manage and allocate routes to drivers, optimizing transportation costs and efficiency.
Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety protocols.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, route planning, and driver management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
