Designation - Fleet & Driver operations - Manager

Location - Bengaluru

CTC - 8-12 Lakh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboard drivers for fleet partnership programs with companies like Uber, Ola, etc.
• Manage daily coordination with drivers for vehicle allocation, documentation, payouts, and schedules
• Build and maintain relationships with driver partners and fleet owners
• Resolve operational issues, escalations, and grievances with urgency and empathy
• Monitor driver performance, compliance, and discipline
• Ensure timely availability of drivers and vehicles as per requirement
• Support fleet partners in smooth operational flow and customer experience
• Maintain driver records, agreements, and activity logs
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for drivers when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Service & Support for issue resolution
• Track on-ground operational metrics and share daily/weekly reports

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience working with

  drivers, fleet management, logistics, or mobility platforms

  is mandatory
• Strong communication skills (Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred)
• Ability to manage large groups of drivers and handle conflict effectively
• High ownership, problem-solving attitude, and working comfortably on the ground
• Good understanding of local Bengaluru geography and transport ecosystem
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & smartphone-based operational tools
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for field coordination
