Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Operations Manager located in Noida. The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including managing and supervising staff, ensuring efficient operations, and analyzing fleet performance. Responsibilities also include planning and coordinating vehicle maintenance, optimizing routes, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations.

• Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Experience with two-wheeler electric vehicles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
