Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator / Automotive Content Creator to join our growing team. You will be at the forefront of creating engaging and high-impact content around electric two-wheelers (EVs). From ads, UGC-style videos, comparison breakdowns, to educational explainers you'll help Lilypad build its voice and connect with our audience.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being on camera, creating relatable content, and executing the entire content journey from idea to publication.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create video and photo content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Shoot ads, UGC videos, educational explainers, product comparisons, and customer stories.

Appear on camera to present content in a clear, relatable, and engaging manner.

Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to create relevant automotive content.

Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ensure brand consistency.

Edit and deliver polished, platform-optimized videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.

Track performance of content and suggest improvements to maximize engagement and conversions.

Requirements

Prior experience as a content creator, social media creator, or video producer (automotive content experience is a bonus).

Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content confidently.

Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC content).

Ability to work end-to-end from ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, to publishing.

Passion for the automotive and EV industry is highly desirable.

Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong storytelling skills.
