Fleet Operations Manager

You will be joining Advance Mobility Pvt Ltd as an Operations Manager. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing resources, optimizing processes, and ensuring service delivery efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Improving the Fleet processes - Managing resources and overseeing the process - Preparing reports and maintaining records of work accomplishments - Leading, coaching, and mentoring team leaders and agents to optimize performance - Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and implementing development plans - Acting as the primary point of contact for the Director & Lead management, addressing concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations for the Mumbai branch - Building strong client relationships - Conducting Quality Assurance and daily audits - Demonstrating overall leadership and management qualities To excel in this role, you should have experience in operations management, resource allocation, and process optimization. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial. Previous experience in a virtual assistant or service-oriented industry is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. As part of the full-time position, you will have the benefit of paid time off. In addition to your qualifications and experience, you should ideally have at least 3 years of experience in fleet management. Previous experience working with Ola or Uber would be advantageous.
