Field Executive – Driver Operations

Advance Mobility operates in the shared mobility space in India. We currently supply 700+ cars to taxi aggregating platforms across Mumbai.Advance Mobility is a purpose-led organisation, passionate about creating entrepreneurial opportunities for the unorganised sector with a deep focus on sustainable mobility solutions. It is one of the only companies to use a 100% CNG fleet of vehicles and is continuously growing, aiming expansion across India to become the biggest fleet provider. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with the Driver Recruiter to provide a consistent supply of driver capacity through contracts. Attend walk-in drivers and take tests to understand their eligibility. Conduct driver tests to ensure eligibility. Get approval from Parking manager based on driving test results Collect all driver and vehicle information, documentation before onboarding the new driver. Explain the incentive program and convince the driver to onboard with us. Collect security deposit and complete all formalities before allocating a car. Handover the car to the driver and decide the lease scheme. Be the main contact point and handle all inquiries from the Driver recruiter. Assist new drivers with ID registration if needed Ensure new drivers are onboarded effectively and understand clearly the obligations detailed in the service contract (such as safety, vehicle requirement, customer experience etc). Build and maintain strong relationship with drivers. Monitor drivers performance and identify issues and propose initiatives to solve them Skills & Requirements: Experience in e-Commerce transport operations is an added advantage. Should hold a 4 wheeler licence and have an excellent driving record. Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with people from all types of background Good communicator. Ability to speak a few languages is a plus. A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: On the road
