Job Description

Manage daily fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, uptime, and performance
Ensure timely dispatches, delivery SLAs, and service quality for clients
Coordinate with clients for documentation, timely payments and resolution of operational issues.
Monitor and maintain overall vehicle health, ensuring timely scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with OEMs, service centers, and vendors for repairs, breakdown assistance, and warranty-related issues.
Monitor charging cycles and station utilization; resolve charging-related bottlenecks
Track operational metrics (e.g. utilization, turnaround time, downtimes) and drive continuous improvements
Liaise with the tech team to ensure app-based tracking, route optimization, and issue logging is efficient
Implement SOPs for driver onboarding, training, safety, and vehicle handover/return.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with local transport and safety regulations
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales & Accounts
