Fleet & Operations Intern

Role Overview:

As a Fleet & Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth management of Eleqt’s premium chauffeur-driven ride services. Assist in managing logistics, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth vehicle scheduling. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of fleet management, ride operations, and premium service delivery in a fast-paced startup environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to fleet coordination, operations planning, and process optimization while contributing directly to Eleqt’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Assist in day-to-day fleet management and coordination with chauffeurs.

▪ Support vehicle scheduling, allocation, and route planning for efficient operations.

▪ Track fleet performance, ride quality, logistics data, and utilization metrics.

▪ Help maintain operational SOPs for service consistency and premium standards.

▪ Assist in ground-level operations during pilots & scale-ups.

▪ Conduct on-ground checks for vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and branding compliance.

▪ Collaborate with the customer experience team to ensure smooth service delivery.

▪ Assist in vendor coordination and fleet partner relations.

▪ Contribute to reports and insights for improving operational efficiency.

Preferred Background:

▪ Students/recent graduates in Business Management, Operations, Logistics, or Automotive fields.

▪ Interest in mobility, logistics, or operations management.

▪ Prior internship or project experience in operations/logistics/fleet management is a plus.

Skills & Experience:

▪ Strong organizational and coordination skills.

▪ Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.

▪ Good communication and problem-solving ability.

▪ Ability to work with field teams.

▪ Strong coordination & data analysis skills.

▪ Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

▪ Eagerness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
