About the Role:
As a Fleet Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our growing electric vehicle fleet. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our vehicles are optimized, compliant, and operationally sound as we continue to expand across cities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fleet Operations: Manage daily scheduling, dispatch, and route optimization for EVs.
* Maintenance & Safety: Ensure preventive maintenance, vehicle health checks, and adherence to safety standards.
* Inventory Control: Track vehicle assets, spare parts, and consumables.
* Cost Efficiency: Monitor operating expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
* Compliance: Maintain documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.
* Vendor Management: Coordinate with service partners, suppliers, and workshops.
* Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise the fleet operations team.
* Reporting: Analyze data and share performance insights with management.
Who You Are:
* Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Master Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in fleet management within the automotive, EV, or transportation industry.
* Proficient in fleet management software and MS Office tools.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Passionate about innovation and sustainable mobility.
