Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager at Kargokart, located in Bhiwandi. The Fleet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely maintenance, efficient route planning, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle repairs, managing driver schedules, monitoring fuel usage, and optimizing logistics for cost-effective operations. The Fleet Manager will work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries, maintain vehicle performance records, and implement eco-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in route planning and fuel management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi
• Experience in managing eco-friendly initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field is preferred
