Role Overview:

We are looking for a Fixed Income Dealer to manage bond and debt market execution for our PMS portfolios. The role involves trade execution, market tracking, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on optimizing returns for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Execution: Execute trades in corporate bonds, government securities (G-Secs), treasury bills, commercial papers, and structured products for PMS portfolios.
• Portfolio Support: Work with the fund manager to implement strategy, rebalance portfolios, and manage cash efficiently.
• Market Tracking: Stay updated on interest rates, RBI policy, credit ratings, primary issuances, and bond market trends. Share insights with the team.
• Dealer Network: Maintain strong relationships with arrangers, brokers, issuers, and mutual fund treasuries to get the best pricing and deal access.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all trades are in line with SEBI PMS rules and internal investment guidelines. Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth settlement and audit checks.
• New Bond Issues: Track upcoming primary market deals and participate in book-building processes when relevant.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• 5-8 years of experience in fixed income dealing in PMS, AIF, mutual fund, or treasury.
• Knowledge of Indian debt markets, SEBI PMS regulations, and instruments like NCDs, SDLs, CPs, G-Secs, etc.
• Good relationships with brokers, arrangers, and issuers.
• Strong attention to detail, execution focus, and ethical standards.
