Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bond Dealer located in Mumbai. The Bond Dealer will be responsible for trading in bonds, managing bond portfolios, and regularly monitoring market trends and bond prices. The role involves conducting thorough market research, handling client interactions, executing trades, and providing market insights and analysis. In addition, the Bond Dealer will be tasked with maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Qualifications Strong understanding of bond markets and bond trading Experience in managing bond portfolios and conducting market research Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Exceptional communication and client management skills Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance Proficiency with trading platforms and financial software Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is desirable Previous experience in a similar role in the financial sector is a plus The position is based in Mumbai and the incumbent will work closely with the promoters to build the Firm into a very differentiated and high-powered Fixed Income House over time.
