About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our leadership team as Senior Sales Head for Debt Market. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong experience in debt sales, fixed income distribution, and institutional partnerships. As we prepare to launch a platform-led solution in the fixed income space, your mandate will be to own and execute our go-to-market strategy, lead institutional seller engagement, and build a high-quality buyer pipeline of HNIs, family offices, and wealth intermediaries. You will play a pivotal role in shaping early commercial traction and aligning market readiness with product milestones. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Partnerships – Buyer Side Identify and onboard institutional partners including brokers, NBFCs, and arrangers Drive relationship development and deal origination discussions Coordinate onboarding and compliance processes with internal and external stakeholders 2. Buyer Pipeline Development Develop a verified and segmented pipeline of HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and RIAs Own investor outreach, communication, and onboarding processes Collaborate on investor education, content, and curated engagement formats 3. Role Overview: We are looking for a Fixed Income Dealer to manage bond and debt market execution. The role involves creating Demand pipelines, market tracking, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on optimizing returns for clients. Key Responsibilities: Deal Execution: Execute trades in corporate bonds, government securities (G-Secs), treasury bills, commercial papers, and structured products. Market Tracking: Stay updated on interest rates, RBI policy, credit ratings, primary issuances, and bond market trends. Share insights with the team. Dealer Network: Build and Maintain strong relationships with arrangers, brokers, issuers, and mutual fund treasuries to get the best pricing and deal access. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all trades are in line with SEBI rules and internal investment guidelines. Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth settlement and audit checks. Secondary Bond Issues: Track upcoming secondary market deals and participate in book-building processes when relevant. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Economics, or Finance. 4-8 years of experience in fixed income dealing in Broker houses, AIF, mutual fund, or treasury. Knowledge of Indian debt markets, SEBI PMS regulations, and instruments like NCDs, SDLs, CPs, G-Secs, etc. Good relationships with brokers, arrangers, and issuers. Strong attention to detail, execution focus, and ethical standards.
