Position Overview: Conversion Analyst (
Offshore, Nearshore, Talent Exchange)
We are seeking Conversion Analysts for a contract position at a core banking provider. The Conversion Analyst will play a client-facing role, responsible for analyzing and converting customer, account and financial data to the banking core. Testing converted data and advise on user verification and acceptance. Conducting joint data mapping exercise to map data from the existing core to the banking core, documenting final data mapping requirements, and Mock conversion validations.
Qualifications - BTech/BE/MTech/MS/MCA/MBA.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Technical Skills
- Hands on Core Banking, SaaS (Software as a Service)/BaaS (Banking as a Service) experience.
- Core Banking Systems Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core banking platforms particularly FIS systems such as Profile and the Modern Banking Platform (MBP).
- SQL and Data Analysis: Ability to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Business Process Modeling: Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation.
- API Integration: Familiarity with API standards and integration methods in a banking environment.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Fresh Service.
- Technical Knowledge: Core Banking processes & software, RESTful services, SQL, Swagger, Json data interchange. Core conversion experience. Familiarity with Golang is a plus
Banking Knowledge
- Financial Products Understanding: Deep knowledge of banking products such as loans, deposits, payments, and treasury.
- Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III) and how they impact system requirements
