Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, ensuring high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Understand customer queries and provide quick, clear, and comprehensive responses.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency.
Document all customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and feedback loops.

What Were Looking For:

Outstanding written English communication
grammar, tone, and clarity are a must.
0–3 years of experience in a chat/email support role (freshers with strong writing skills are welcome).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a high-volume environment.
Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts (24x7 process, if applicable).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
