Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
recruitment cycle
for volume hiring, particularly for
international BPO voice/non-voice processes
.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using
job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)
, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary HR screening to assess communication skills and job fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Meet
daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
.
Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs.
Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.

Key Requirements:

14 years
of experience in
recruitment
, with a focus on
volume hiring for international BPOs
.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
.
Strong
sourcing skills
using various job portals and sourcing tools.
Ability to handle
high-pressure environments
and tight deadlines.
Experience in handling
walk-ins, campus hiring
, and mass hiring drives is a plus.
Knowledge of BPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, Technical Support) is essential.
