Role : Chat Support Executive (Customer Service + Upselling)

Process : Comcast Broadband | TV | Landline

Responsibilities :

Handle customer chats & provide quick resolutions

Upsell services & manage dual chat windows

Strong objection handling & customer focus

Shift: 247 Rotational | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Skills : Excellent English | 20 WPM Typing (90% accuracy) | Multitasking | Customer Handling

Eligibility :

Min. 12th Pass (18+) | Backlogs Allowed

Graduates (Except B.Tech/BE Freshers)

Postgrads (Except LLB/CA/MBBS/ICWA)

Fresher : 22,000

6 Mo Exp: 24,200

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization(See above)
Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
