Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fireman at GR Infraprojects Limited in Udaipur. The Fireman will be responsible for ensuring fire safety measures, operating firefighting equipment, and responding to fire emergencies within the organization. Daily tasks include inspecting firefighting systems, training staff on fire safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and actively monitoring compliance with fire safety regulations. Timely and effective responses to emergencies and maintaining stringent safety standards are central to this role.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety protocols, firefighting techniques, and emergency response procedures
Proficiency in operating and maintaining firefighting equipment and systems
Understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification in industrial and construction environments
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Certification in fire safety or firefighting training is required
Relevant experience in fire management, safety procedures, or a related field is preferred.
High School or equivalent
2-3 Years of firefighting experience.
Emergency first aid knowledge.
